Welcome to Love's: The Client Management Production Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling the production needs of the client management department.  Works closely with various internal and external partner companies to facilitate the production of Cards and RFID tags used for financial transaction payment methods.

Job Functions:

  • Create RFID tags and operate multiple types of RFID tag printers and encoders
  • Create fleet credit cards and operate card printing machines
  • Order fulfilment - Packaging and shipping
  • Maintain under 24-hour turnaround time on daily production quotas
    • Remain flexible enough to fulfil large orders and projects
  • Maintain vender relationships
  • Work with Client Management, IT, partners, and vendors
  • Resolve problems by researching and working with other departments and vendors
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in card services, project management, banking or customer service 
  • Excellent customer service and active listening skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Demonstrated experience working well in a close team environment
  • IT and or mechanical troubleshooting

Skills and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to manage numerous competing demands in a high stress environment
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and vendors in stressful situations
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • High attention to detail, with follow through to completion of daily tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking capabilities
  • High level of professionalism and customer orientation
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
