Job description

GTM Enablement Manager
Company Overview
Archera empowers organizations of all sizes to optimize their cloud costs through unique, short-term, insured commitments. Hundreds of customers rely on Archera's innovative FinTech solutions to increase their cloud ROI while accelerating revenue objectives and service agility.
Archera's unique cloud rate insurance products and free FinOps platform enable teams to accurately predict and plan infrastructure growth, maximize commitment-based savings, and hedge against market demands and evolving cloud service provider offerings. Archera works closely with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, along with a broad partner ecosystem, to help customers execute financially prudent cloud strategies.
Position Overview
Archera is hiring its first dedicated enablement owner to shape how our go-to-market teams and partners build their expertise - from onboarding through certification and beyond. Sitting within Field Engineering as an individual contributor, you'll create enablement for Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, and Alliances, and extend it to our partner ecosystem of distributors, VARs, resellers, and hyperscaler field teams. You'll own the certification program that gives every customer and partner conversation a foundation of validated expertise. Field Engineering brings the deep technical knowledge - commitment mechanics, cloud provider policy, exchange strategy - and you turn it into training that's clear, engaging, and easy for each audience to put to work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the GTM enablement roadmap, shaped by company priorities, product launches, partner strategy, and input from Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, and Field Engineering.
  • Build onboarding and ramp programs for Sales, Customer Success, TAMs, Alliances, and partner-facing roles, and bring today's scattered enablement material together into one place people actually use.
  • Keep internal and external knowledge current and trustworthy, partnering with Field Engineering to maintain a source of truth teams can rely on.
  • Own launch enablement - turn new features, products, and programs from Product, Product Marketing, and Field Engineering into modular training that lands with internal teams and partners in step with each release.
  • Design modular, role- and maturity-tiered curricula for different partner personas - distributor teams, VAR/SI solution architects, reseller sellers, and hyperscaler field roles (Microsoft CSAMs/PDMs, AWS sellers and SAs) - and deliver the mix of live sessions, workshops, and self-serve tracks that gets partners to their first registered deal.
  • Build and maintain the demo program - scripts, environments, and audience-specific talk tracks - so every team can tell Archera's story well, and keep it current as the product evolves.
  • Own and grow the certification program across its tracks (Customer Demo, Customer Savings Analysis, Channel Partners, AWS Alliances, MS/Azure Alliances), extending it to partners so they're set up to represent Archera with confidence.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to design and run certification - build clear, fair rubrics and handle the logistics, so experts can focus on teaching and candidates get a great experience.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years across enablement, technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical account management, or cloud consulting, including 2+ years designing and delivering training programs.
  • Real time in the field - you've carried a quota, run pre-sales, or delivered consulting work, so you know what a great customer conversation sounds like.
  • Certified cloud practitioner or higher in at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with FinOps Certified Practitioner within your first 90 days.
  • Able to get demo-fluent in a technical product, since you'll coach others through theirs.
  • Experience enabling external technical audiences and building enablement programs - and the content behind them - from the ground up.
  • A gift for making complex, quantitative ideas click, and the credibility to guide senior stakeholders without needing formal authority.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience at a cloud cost management, FinOps, or cloud commitment platform, and in a channel-led motion (distributors, VARs, MSPs, or CSP resellers).
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler co-sell and marketplace mechanics.
  • Advanced FinOps certifications (FinOps Certified Engineer, FinOps Certified Professional, or FOCUS Analyst).
  • Instructional design or adult-learning background.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Flexible PTO and company holidays
  • Remote-first culture
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a category-defining FinTech platform
