Echodyne is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join our fast-growing team.ย ROLE OVERVIEW

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing learning strategies and programs that build employee capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support the company's growth and business objectives. This role partners with leaders and HR to identify development needs, design scalable learning programs, and create meaningful opportunities for employees to grow their skills and careers.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on learning professional who can build and implement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive employee and organizational performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning & Development Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals and organizational priorities.
  • Assess organizational and employee development needs through business partnerships, employee feedback, performance data, and other relevant inputs.
  • Establish annual learning priorities and programs based on organizational needs and available resources.
  • Develop scalable learning solutions that support a growing and evolving workforce.

Program Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and implement learning programs for employees at all levels.
  • Develop and facilitate manager and leadership development programs, including foundational training for new and experienced managers.
  • Create and enhance onboarding and new-hire development programs in partnership with HR and business leaders.
  • Develop training focused on core skills such as communication, collaboration, feedback, performance management, delegation, and leadership.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and professional development opportunities.
  • Identify and manage external learning providers, consultants, and training vendors as appropriate.
  • Evaluate learning programs and use participant feedback and business outcomes to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Career & Professional Development

  • Develop resources and programs that support employee career growth and professional development.
  • Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to identify employee development opportunities and skill gaps.
  • Support the development of career pathways, competency frameworks, and individual development plans as appropriate.
  • Provide managers with tools and resources to support ongoing employee development and meaningful career conversations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and encourage employees to take ownership of their professional growth.

Learning Technology & Administration

  • Manage the company's learning management system (LMS) and other learning technology platforms.
  • Maintain training content, learning resources, and program materials.
  • Track participation, completion, and other learning metrics.
  • Report training completion metrics for AS9100 compliance.
  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure effective utilization of learning resources.
  • Ensure required training programs are appropriately tracked and completed.

HR & Organizational Partnership

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, HR Operations and Global Sales Enablement to deliver an integrated employee experience.
  • Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify and address critical capability needs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through targeted learning and communication programs.
  • Provide guidance to managers on effective employee development and learning practices.
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies, adult learning principles, leadership development practices, and industry trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Experience developing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs.
  • Strong project management and program execution skills.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience with an LMS or other learning technology platforms.
