Job Description
Eptura is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to join the Enablement team. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of scalable enablement programs that improve performance across the go-to-market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and other revenue-facing teams.
This role is focused on building the systems, programs, tools, and reinforcement strategies that increase productivity, accelerate ramp time, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and leadership teams to align enablement initiatives to strategic business priorities. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment, and delivering enablement solutions that scale globally.
This role will help evolve Eptura's enablement function into a modern, AI-enabled revenue productivity organization. This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives, including needs analysis, program design, content and curriculum development, implementation, reinforcement, and effectiveness evaluation. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in revenue enablement, GTM operations, or customer-facing functions, along with a practical understanding of how enablement drives revenue growth, retention, adoption, and customer value realization.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs that improve onboarding, productivity, execution, and overall performance across GTM teams
  • Develop role-based learning paths, playbooks, reinforcement strategies, and coaching frameworks that drive measurable behavior change
  • Partner with Sales, CX, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leaders to identify capability gaps and align enablement priorities to business objectives
  • Enable revenue teams on product positioning, customer engagement strategies, sales motions, and value-based conversations
  • Support key GTM initiatives including onboarding, product launches, process changes, sales plays, expansion motions, and customer lifecycle programs
  • Build manager coaching tools and reinforcement mechanisms that improve adoption and long-term effectiveness
  • Analyze enablement effectiveness using data, participation trends, productivity metrics, and stakeholder feedback to continuously optimize programs
  • Drive consistency and scalability across global teams through standardized enablement frameworks, processes, and tools
  • Leverage AI, automation, and modern enablement technologies to improve operational efficiency and program impact
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth

About You
  • 6+ years of enablement and training experience (ideally bringing firsthand experience in a customer facing role)
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market methodologies and customer lifecycle motions, including prospecting, sales, onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy
  • Experience designing and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to translate business priorities into practical enablement strategies and execution plans
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
  • Familiarity with modern revenue tech stacks, enablement platforms, and AI-driven productivity tools
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Benefits
  • Health, Dental, Vision & Pet Insurance
    • Dependent, Spousal and Domestic Partner coverage available
