Job description

Mallard Creek Polymers is always seeking a qualified Latex Operator to join our team.

Who you are: Our ideal teammate enjoys working indoors and outdoors. They are accustomed to working in plant operations (batch process) to safely expedite the production and shipment of products.

What you do: Our ideal teammate has work-related experience with the following

  • Handling product transfers
  • Manage chemical blending, filtering, and drumming
  • Loading and unloading products

What we need:

Our Latex Operator team packages finished products into totes, drums, and tankers to meet customer requirements and ready products for shipment. They are responsible for sampling and measurement of storage tanks and handling material transfers using hoses and diaphragm pumps.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills along with attention to detail
  • Experience in a chemical plant or similar environment
  • Forklift and/or yard jockey experience
  • Computer experience Excel, Word and Outlook

Work Location & Hours: Mallard Creek Polymers Plant Morehead Road, Charlotte, NC 28262

12 Hour Shifts Starting at 7:00 am or 7 pm

Schedule Type: 2-2-3; must be able to work weekends
