Centrifuge Operator/Technician: Full Time only
The Centrifuge Operator will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the SAREX MX1500 Three Phase Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge. Hired applicants will undergo Operator training. Duties will include:
Daily Centrifuge Equipment maintenance.
Equipment Repair. Technical support will be provided
Feed Rate adjustments, Bowl Speed and differential scroll speed adjustments
Monitor Flow rates.
Sampling of Sludge Feed, Water, Oil Product and wet cake solids
Emulsion breaker and Polymer dosing adjustments
Instrument Maintenance. Technical support will be provided
Gauge Frac tank and process Tank levels
Frac Tank Management
Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) Operations
Site cleanup and support
Qualifications and Education Requirements
2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience
Industrial Work experience
40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided
Additional relevant Skills
Mechanical maintenance Experience
N2 water Treatment License
Black Seal Boiler operations license
Class B CDL license
