The Remote Sales / Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for calling on Emergency Medical Service Units, Fire Departments, Police Departments, Ambulance Services, and other pre-hospital and health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. Will be responsible for maintaining and growing business with existing customers as well as prospect calling to develop and enhance the customer base. As a sales position, the job requires a dedicated high achiever with a desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build, develop and manage accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Consultative selling that will demonstrate the company's value-added service
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Track and measure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales activities and numbers.
  • Goals and objectives set by management, including, but not limited to:
    • Number of outbound calls on a daily/ weekly basis, time on the phone
    • Identify and qualify prospects by telephone.
  • Video In-service accounts on key clinical products to drive compliance and outcomes.
  • Complete quotes in a legible, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, and price schedules.
  • Develop sales campaigns to promote goals of the company.
  • Meet deadlines and requirements for contracts and proposals in assigned territory.
  • Represent Bound Tree Medical at trade shows, conferences and association meetings to promote product.

  • Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to prepare clear, concise business proposals.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
