Job description

The Clinical IT Analyst provides system-wide support for clinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications at AHN. Responsibilities include troubleshooting EMR workflow issues, developing and revising clinical order sets, supporting new projects, and providing after-hours application support. The analyst works closely with management and clinical stakeholders to resolve issues, support operational needs, and ensure EMR applications function effectively. The role also requires tracking and reporting work metrics, completing departmental information requests, and communicating with management regarding issues or requests outside normal operations.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

40 hours per week - First Shift

Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Two (2) years of experience in providing end user support and training in a clinical care setting.

Five (5) years of experience in a clinical care setting working in a clinical capacity.

Registered Nurse, BSN preferred.

Previous experience in IT preferred.

Certificate in Healthcare Informatics, Health Informatics Certificate or Certificate in Nursing Informatics preferred.

Project management experience and/or an understanding of project management principles is highly desirable.
