Who We Are
We are a fast-growing tech startup dedicated to developing our cloud-native simulation platform.  We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager with a proven ability to execute technical efforts across the entire project lifecycle. You are able to break down complex projects into actionable tasks, ensuring teams stay on track and meet deadlines. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, as this role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations on-time and on-budget.

The right person for this role has at least two years of experience in project management, and a demonstrated track record of initiating, executing, delivering, and closing projects. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating the complexities of federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS). You can also understand a customer’s needs and communicate them effectively to the technical team to ensure customer success. Most importantly, you are driven by the challenge of growing a company, excited to work in a small, agile team, and eager to make a tangible impact on the company’s success.

  • Draft subcontractor statements of work (SOWs) and oversee their execution
  • Discern, capture, prioritize, communicate, and update product requirements, such as use case descriptions and user stories, for example
  • Empower engineering teams by making customer intent and priorities transparent, supporting autonomy and accountability for technical outcomes
  • Manage project & labor budgets to achieve customer priorities and project needs
  • Facilitate agile re-prioritization with customers to ensure project work reflects current priorities
