Position Overview

Empower Mind Wellness Hub is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in providing critical mental health services. In this full-time remote role, you will play an essential part in supporting the emotional well-being of individuals within our community health clinic setting. Your expertise will help to create positive change in the lives of clients by offering therapeutic interventions and mental health assessments tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, risk factors, and treatment requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address their mental health challenges and promote overall wellness.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions to guide clients in their therapeutic journey.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on personal growth, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping mechanisms.
  • Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies, while ensuring appropriate referrals for higher levels of care when necessary.
  • Create and implement psychoeducation resources for clients and their families, helping them better understand mental health issues and available support systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to assessments, treatment progress, and client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings to discuss client care strategies and contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
