This position is hosted in a telehealth setting to facilitate counseling services from the comfort of your home. You will function primarily from a detox center, where you will have the chance to engage with a diverse group of clients, often requiring tailored therapeutic strategies. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized service plans that align with clients' identified goals and objectives for meaningful progress.
• Actively advocate for clients’ rights, facilitating access to essential resources, and engaging in broader social justice initiatives to support marginalized communities.
• Participate in the development and evaluation of programs, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with grant reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with community service providers, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance the breadth and effectiveness of services offered.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through team meetings, workshops, and community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Empower Bond Solutions, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including those in crisis situations, individuals overcoming substance use issues, and clients dealing with grief, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role will be instrumental in providing the necessary support to facilitate their recovery journey, ensuring they have the tools needed to navigate their challenges.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Robust understanding of trauma-informed care, social justice issues, and advocacy strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by strong empathetic abilities.

• Previous experience working within a nonprofit organization or a similar mental health setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with community resources related to mental health and substance use services.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices and counseling frameworks.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
