Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing relevant electronic medical records (EMR) software.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and improved treatment outcomes.
• Stay current on best practices in mental health care through active participation in workshops and ongoing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Empower Bond Solutions, you will primarily work with vulnerable populations, including individuals and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Your expertise and empathy will help bridge the gap for those who struggle to access quality mental health care, ultimately fostering hope and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical regulations governing counseling practice.
• Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients and communicate effectively across various demographics.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment.
• Prior experience using EMR software and related technology for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
