Daily Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00

Key Responsibilities - Verification & Screening Representative
  • Verify employment, income, and deposit information while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish and English-speaking customers, employers, and third-party clients
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to verification requests through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Send, track, and manage verification documentation and related requests
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation within company systems
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company procedures
Qualifications - Verification & Screening Representative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service, call center, administrative, banking, verification, or office support experience preferred
