Job Description:

The Employee Relations Specialist will support employees and managers with workplace concerns, policy questions, performance matters, and general HR compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in employee relations and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address employee complaints, attendance issues, and performance concerns.
  • Support managers with corrective action and disciplinary matters.
  • Assist with workplace investigations and related documentation.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and employment regulations.
