Human Resources Representative (Temporary) Phoenix, AZ | Onsite Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE A confidential employer in the Phoenix area is partnering with our recruiting team to hire a Human Resources Representative for a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations activities.
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and employee file management.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Process employment changes, documentation, and HR transactions.
  • Partner with leadership and staff to provide exceptional internal customer service.
  • Assist with compliance initiatives and HR reporting as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Employee Relations, or HR Administration preferred.
