What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in our vehicles and services while helping create an outstanding dealership experience.
  • Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team
  • Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM communication tools
  • Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
  • Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps
  • Follow up consistently with leads that are not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity within the CRM system
  • Work closely with sales teams and dealership leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions

  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
