Paul Thigpen Automotive Group is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our team! The right candidate will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help drive dealership success. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping connect them with our sales and service departments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Respond to internet leads using dealership-approved scripts, templates, and CRM tools
  • Schedule sales appointments and confirm customer visits with the sales team
  • Provide initial product and financing information based on customer needs
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with prospective customers
  • Utilize CRM software to document all interactions and track customer engagement
  • Support dealership sales and service goals through consistent communication and coordination
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, including CRM or lead management systems
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Team-oriented with a positive, “can-do” attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
