The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Production System Training (PST) organization is seeking a Senior Employee Development Specialist specializing in electrical, mechanical and quality instruction to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL.
This instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on electrical, mechanical, and quality skills and certification for technicians involved in the production of electronic assemblies. This role includes assessing the effectiveness of training content and collaborating with business partners to identify and implement performance development opportunities. The instructor will ensure that all training aligns with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence in the classroom and lab settings.
