Responsabilités:
  • Diagnostiquer et dépanner les problèmes mécaniques, électriques et liés aux systèmes
  • Effectuer des réparations, des ajustements et de l’entretien sur les produits TLD, les équipements et les composants connexes
  • Démonter, inspecter et remonter les composants au besoin
  • Interagir de façon professionnelle avec les équipes internes et les clients externes
  • Inspecter, réparer et remettre à neuf les composants des systèmes électriques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire, incluant les aires de travail, les boîtes à outils et les véhicules de l’entreprise
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée
Qualifications :
  • Capacité à répondre aux exigences physiques du poste, incluant le fait de rester debout pendant de longues périodes et d’effectuer des efforts physiques tels que soulever, pousser, tirer, s’accroupir, se pencher, s’agenouiller, grimper et travailler dans des espaces restreints ou inconfortables
  • Capacité de soulever des charges de plus de 50 livres
  • Excellente aptitude mécanique avec des connaissances de base en entretien et réparation de véhicules
  • Expérience avec des véhicules à moteur diesel (un atout)
  • Connaissance des manuels de réparation, des schémas électriques et des plans techniques pour diagnostiquer et réparer des composantes défectueuses
  • Capacité à travailler dans toutes les conditions météorologiques
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et verbale afin d’interagir de façon professionnelle avec les équipes internes et les clients externes
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en réparation et entretien de véhicules, d’équipements et de composantes connexes

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues
  • Perform repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on TLD products, equipment, and related components
  • Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components as required
  • Interact professionally with internal teams and external customers
  • Inspect, repair, and overhaul electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system component
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work areas, toolboxes, and company vehicles
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 
Qualifications:
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and physical exertion such as lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined or awkward spaces
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Experience with diesel-powered vehicles is preferred
  • Familiarity with repair manuals, electrical wiring diagrams, and schematics for troubleshooting and repairing failed components
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing repair and maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and related components
  • Minimum 3 years of service repair experience; in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience and HVAC
Requirements:
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must possess basic hand tools required to perform assigned tasks
  • Must complete pre-employment testing, including a background check
  • Ability to understand written and spoken English is required to read and interpret technical documentation
