About the Role:

As an LPN in our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing personal care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Perform vital signs and monitor patient status

  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as toileting, feeding, and transfers

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families

LPN Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of South Carolina

  • Current CPR

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
