We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

About the UM RN Role:

As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and managing a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

  • Developing and implementing nursing care plans and policies

  • Providing ongoing training and support to staff members

  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure prompt and effective patient care

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
