Job Description:

As an Advisory Technology team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice , your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs through analyzing data along with defining, crafting, developing, and implementing business and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support IT Capabilities Development: Assist in tasks related to enhancing client IT capabilities, including people, processes, and technology, under the supervision of senior consultants and managers.
  • Client Requirement Gathering: Help gather and document client requirements and provide initial input on potential IT solutions.
  • Project Task Execution: Execute specific tasks within IT projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Stakeholder Communication Support: Assist in maintaining clear communication with project teams and stakeholders, helping to ensure alignment and address any minor issues.
  • Change Management Assistance: Support change management activities by helping implement best practices and ensuring smooth transitions within client organizations.
  • IT Due Diligence Participation: Contribute to IT assessments as part of private equity evaluations, focusing on data collection and preliminary analysis in areas such as IT spend, organizational structure, business applications, security, infrastructure, and future capacity.
  • IT Strategy Roadmap Support: Assist in gathering data and preparing materials for the development of multi-year IT strategy roadmaps.
  • System Selection Support: Help in the IT system selection process by conducting research on potential providers, assisting in the assessment of vendors, and supporting consensus-building activities.
  • Project Management Office Assistance: Provide support in the execution of critical projects by performing specific tasks within a structured project management framework.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Assistance: Assist in the integration of IT aspects during mergers and acquisitions, including data collection and preliminary analysis of infrastructure, applications, people, and processes, under the direction of senior team members.

Education:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the below areas or a comparable major:

  • Industrial/Systems Engineering
  • Information Systems/Information Technology

At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.
