Your skills
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service needs
  • Availability to support rotational schedules or on-call coverage when required
  • This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $22 - $28 hourly USD.

Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking a customer-focused Field Technician to deliver onsite and remote IT support for enterprise and consumer clients. The role includes installing, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with hardware support, networking, and HP server environments, and provides high-quality customer service while representing the company at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Install, upgrade, and repair IT hardware and infrastructure
- Collaborate with dispatch, engineers, and project teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support HP servers and enterprise environments
- Track inventory and provide service updates
