Job Description: 
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate 24/7 Emergency Department operations.
* Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
* Monitor quality, safety, staffing, and financial performance.
* Implement evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives.
* Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.

* Experince with lean principles.
* Strong working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:
