POSITION SUMMARY:ย ย

  • Skilled in staffing models, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and budget stewardship; ensures efficient, safe, andย costa'effectiveย ED operations.ย 

  • Works effectively with inpatient units, ancillary departments, EMS, and external partners to support seamless patient transitions and coordinated care.ย 

  • Utilizes electronic health records, digital tools, and clinical systems to support documentation accuracy, operational efficiency, and quality improvement.ย

QUALIFICATIONS:ย 

Required Education:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in nursingย (BSN) or related healthcare field.ย 

Preferred Education:ย 

  • Masterโ€™s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.ย 

Required Licensure:ย 

  • Current RN license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain).ย 

Specialty Certification:ย 

  • ACLS and PALS required.ย 

  • TNCCย required within three months of employment.ย 

  • CEN or related specialty certification preferred.ย 

Required Experience:ย 

  • 3โ€“5 years of clinical emergency nursing experience.ย 

  • 2+ years of leadership or charge nurse experience in an emergency setting.ย 

  • Experience in a critical access or rural hospital preferred.ย 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:ย 

  • Office and clinical settings with potential exposure to patient care areas.ย 

  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.ย 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:ย 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.ย
