Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive the growth of our wireless testing, certification, and Global Market Access (GMA) business across North America.
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships by leveraging an integrated service portfolio that includes OTA, RF, EMC, Carrier Certification, regulatory, and GMA solutions to support customers in bringing their products to market.
In addition, following the integration of Granite River Labs (GRL), this role will be responsible for driving sales and business development across GRL-related service areas, including high-speed interface testing (USB, HDMI, DisplayPort), power and charging technologies (USB Power Delivery), and product compliance testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand wireless testing, certification, and GMA business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across OTA, RF, EMC, Carrier Certification, regulatory, and Global Market Access (GMA) services
  • Own and drive sales of GRL-related services, including high-speed interface, power, and compliance testing
  • Drive new customer acquisition across wireless, IoT, and consumer electronics markets
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline into open order
  • Position SGS as a one-stop solution for Carrier Certification, regulatory compliance, and global market entry
  • Support customers throughout the product lifecycle, including OTA testing, Carrier Certification, and international approvals
  • Drive business expansion by leveraging integrated service offerings across regions and capabilities
  • Work closely with engineering, lab operations, and global teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide regular forecasts
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience in sales or business development within wireless, RF, EMC, certification, or lab-based testing environments
  • Proven experience selling testing, certification, regulatory, or compliance services
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies (4G/5G, IoT devices, modules)
  • Exposure to high-speed interface (USB, HDMI, DisplayPort), power/charging, or electronics compliance testing is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with FCC, PTCRB, CTIA, or carrier certification processes is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment 
  • Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile certification programs
  • Background in testing and certification laboratories (hands-on lab experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting wireless device manufacturers or IoT ecosystem customers
  • Experience selling or supporting GRL-related services (interface, power, compliance testing) is a strong plus

Additional Information

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
