Job description

Look Linen Co., we create custom bedding that feels like an heirloom from day one. Every monogram, appliqué, and embroidered detail is made with care in our Houston studio, where craftsmanship, quality, and efficiency go hand in hand.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate multi-head industrial embroidery machines to produce high-quality monograms and appliqué designs.
  • Hoop, load, and prepare linens for embroidery according to daily production schedules.
  • Monitor machines throughout production to ensure stitch quality and consistency.
  • Trim threads, inspect finished pieces, and perform quality control before items move to the next stage.
  • Match thread colors, stabilizers, and designs to work orders with close attention to detail.
  • Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on embroidery machines and report any mechanical issues.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production workspace.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining Look Linen Co.'s quality standards. These responsibilities align with common industry expectations for industrial embroidery operators. 

What We're Looking For

  • Previous embroidery machine experience preferred (Tajima, Barudan, Happy, SWF, or similar industrial machines).
  • Sewing or textile production experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
