About the Role

The Embroidery Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily embroidery operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This role supports, trains, and guides team members, while also collaborating with management to improve efficiency and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support the embroidery team to meet daily production targets and deadlines

· Operate embroidery machines and assist with complex or high-priority orders as needed

· Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet company standards

· Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes, equipment, and best practices

· Coordinate job assignments and workflow to maximize efficiency

· Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

· Track production progress and report on performance metrics to management

· Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in embroidery production required

· Experience with multi-head machines, preferably ZSK

· Strong knowledge of embroidery machines and production processes

· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

· Effective communication and team leadership skills

· Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Ability to successfully pass a background check

Schedule & Physical RequirementsSchedule

· Sunday – Thursday, 2:30 PM - 11:00PM

· Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs

· Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
