About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team in the Construction industry. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all project deadlines are met and that all work is completed to the satisfaction of our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment in a construction setting
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in heavy equipment operation
  • Experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment
  • Experience working on a variety of construction projects, including road construction, building construction, and excavation projects

Responsibilities:
