Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced Foil Stamper Pressman to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Bobst III press, ensuring high-quality die cutting, foil stamping, and embossing of printed packaging products.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled press operator looking to work in a fast-paced, high-quality packaging manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.

About the Role:
As our Foil Stamper Pressman, you will:
  • Review production schedule and prepare press for upcoming jobs
  • Read and follow job tickets to understand specifications and requirements
  • Set up and operate Bobst III press for die cutting, stamping, and embossing
  • Inspect dies and coordinate replacements or repairs as needed
  • Perform make-ready processes for embossing, stamping, and die cutting jobs
  • Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, alignment) for optimal performance and quality
  • Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards (color, depth, alignment, glue, and finish)
  • Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments during production runs
  • Track and monitor foil usage and inventory levels
  • Communicate material needs with Estimating and Production Planning teams
  • Perform routine machine checks, including fluid levels and safety inspections
  • Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Accurately document maintenance and production activities

About You:
You're a fit for the role of Foil Stamper Pressman, if your background includes:
  • 3-5+ years of experience operating die cutting, stamping, or embossing presses (Bobst experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of foil stamping, embossing, and die cutting processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets, safety guidelines, and machine manuals
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust to changing production needs
  • High attention to detail with strong visual inspection skills (color, alignment, defects)
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
