How You'll help us connect the world:
You Build the software powering next-gen connectivity and Lead the team designing and delivering embedded software for high-performance networking products (Wi-Fi APs, switches, gateways). Own architecture, drive execution, and mentor engineers building platforms used at global scale.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded software (architecture → development → validation → release) for networking products.
  • Drive design and development of embedded Linux/firmware platforms for Wi-Fi and Ethernet solutions.
  • Own SoC/SDK integrations, drivers, and platform enhancements
  • Partner cross-functionally with hardware, silicon vendors, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions .
  • Guide code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.

Technical Expertise
  • Strong background in embedded systems & firmware development (C/C++)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/RTOS, kernel, drivers, BSP
  • Deep knowledge of networking protocols (Wi-Fi 802.11, TCP/IP, Ethernet)
  • Experience with SoC platforms and hardware-software integration

Leadership & Execution
  • Proven experience leading embedded software teams
  • Track record of delivering complex networking products from design to market
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, and execution skills

Required Qualifications:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Networking, or related field
  • 8 +years in embedded software development along with 3-5+ years of people management experience

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,000-$200,00.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
