Salary:ย $32.00 - $42.00 (DOE)- LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAMFT, LAC

Schedule: 3-4 days per week 8:30am - 7pm

Location: 7373 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85253 (On-Site)

We're looking for a passionate Part-time Therapist to create joy and heal generations at Embark Behavioral Health's Partial Care and IOP program in Scottsdale, AZ!

Enjoy a flexible part-time schedule with a small caseload and the opportunity to bring your clinical creativity to a supportive, innovative environment. The main responsibility will be to lead and facilitate group therapy. We offer supervision hours if needed for LSWs and LACs.   • Provide transformative individual, group, and family therapy while maintaining a small caseloadย 
  • Lead comprehensive treatment planning, including development, implementation, and discharge coordination
  • Ensure clinical excellence through detailed documentation, outcomes testing, and treatment standard compliance
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver optimal client care and support community reintegration
  • Guide clients and families through the full therapeutic journey, from initial rapport-building to successful program completion
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed or qualifying associate licensed therapist in the State of Arizona, including:Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT).
  • Demonstrated experience working with neurodivergent youth and young adults (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning differences).
  • Experience facilitating group therapy with adolescents and/or young adults.
  • Active CAQH profile and NPI number for credentialing purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High-acuity clinical experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization).
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an adolescent therapist providing individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Training or experience utilizing relational, experiential, and evidence-based systemic approaches.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
