Salary:

$80,000 - $85,000 per year - Fully Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) (DOE)

$70,000 - $78,000 per year - Provisional/Pre-licensure (Marriage and Family Therapist Associate or Professional Counselor Associate) (DOE)

Position Type: Full-Time, onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Mental Health Therapists at Embark Behavioral Health provide comprehensive guidance and treatment to adolescents and their families, employing multi-modal family system approaches to enhance and reinforce positive change. Our therapists advocate for the well-being of clients and families through thorough assessments, personalized treatment planning, continuous progress tracking, community-based support initiatives, and comprehensive aftercare planning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents using evidencebased, traumainformed modalities aligned with Embark's clinical model
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (clinical, medical, academic, and residential staff)
  • Facilitate regular family therapy sessions and maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians to support systemic healing and engagement
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and progress monitoring to inform clinical decisionmaking
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational expectations
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and supervision to ensure highquality care and continuity of services
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited program (required; must meet Oregon licensure eligibility requirements)
  • Oregon Licensure (Required): 
    • Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
    • Professional Counselor Associate
    • Clinical Social Work Associate
    • LMFT, LPC, LCSW or Oregon associate-level equivalents:
  • Desire to develop expertise in individual, family, and group therapy
  • Ability to pass a state background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Preferred: Experience in residential treatment using relational, experiential, or systemic models.
  • Passion for working with adolescents and families.
  • Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
  • Ability to use electronic health records and digital documentation systems.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.
  • Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.
