About the Role
The Email Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, building, and optimizing targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. This role leverages tools such as Smartsheet for campaign planning and Eloqua for execution, with a strong focus on creating complex, automated customer journeys. The ideal candidate ensures the right message reaches the right audience at the right time through data-driven strategies and personalization.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage campaign workflows and timelines using Smartsheet
  • Build, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns within Eloqua
  • Design and implement complex automated customer journeys and nurture programs
  • Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies for targeted communications
  • Utilize field merges and dynamic content to deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance trends
  • Integrate marketing automation efforts with Salesforce, including lead scoring and lifecycle management
  • Create and troubleshoot email templates using basic HTML to ensure proper rendering across devices and platforms
  • Maintain data quality and ensure accuracy across campaign systems

Requirements
  • Have proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation (Eloqua preferred)
  • Possess excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Have experience with audience segmentation and personalization techniques
  • Be familiar with Salesforce integration and lead scoring methodologies
  • Demonstrate basic proficiency in HTML for email development and troubleshooting
  • Experience with campaign planning tools such as Smartsheet is a plus
  • Demonstrate high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
