Job description

About the Role
You are the demand engine behind how General Robotics reaches, engages, and converts the market. In this role you will own pipeline generation across channels across paid media campaigns, lead nurture, account-based programs and event orchestration put our robot intelligence platform front and center for customers and partners. You'll operate with high degree of ownership, experimentation and cross-team collaboration all in a fast-moving environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution as we shape the future of robotics.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation
  • Own marketing pipeline generation across digital channels including paid media, social, email and web with a clear line of sight into revenue generation.
  • Create and execute full-funnel programs: top-of-funnel acquisition through mid-funnel nurture and marketing lead qualification handoff to the sales team, aligned to account-based motion.
  • Develop audience segmentation and build targeted campaign cohorts; leverage intent data to prioritize high-fit accounts.
  • Experiment with new media and marketing channels to execute campaigns and engage customers at the leading edge of robotics.
  • Coordinate creation of campaign assets emails, landing pages, ads, and social content working closely with design and content functions.
  • Build and maintain nurture flows and automated sequences for distinct audience segments.
  • Manage UTM tracking, tagging, and attribution hygiene to ensure clean reporting and accurate pipeline attribution.
  • Maintain lead-capture list hygiene, including "do not contact" management and enrichment via Apollo.io and Hubspot.
  • Track campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize based on data.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, routing, and follow-up; maintain a campaign calendar and enforce cross-channel alignment.

Event Orchestration
  • Lead our event strategy and master event calendar, manage logistics, workbacks, and stakeholder deliverables for industry, partner, and internal events - all with contractor support to scale your impact.
  • Manage lead capture, post-event follow-up sequences, and budget tracking; capture metrics and post-event recommendations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all event touchpoints, with onsite or virtual support as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, customer success, product and leadership to align demand generation programs with product reality and market signal.
  • Facilitate feedback loops to refine campaigns and event strategy based on customer interactions and market dynamics.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between marketing and revenue, surfacing campaign data in sales reviews and translating field feedback into program adjustments.

Startup Execution
  • Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where speed and quality both matter.
  • Build scalable processes, workflows, and documentation that mature the marketing function without sacrificing agility.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and scaling impact through supporting team members.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in a technology, robotics, or advanced manufacturing company.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact across multi-channel programs.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with campaign analytics-Google Analytics, UTM management, attribution modeling.
  • Experience orchestrating events through planning, logistics, promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to make technical content accessible to buyer audiences.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing robotics, automation, or physical AI products.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) and intent data tools.
  • Background in content creation or campaign copywriting.
  • Experience with Apollo.io or similar data enrichment and outbound tools.

Base Salary Range
The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Actual pay will be based on your skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for medical, 401(k), and other benefits.
