This is a temporary positing scheduled to last approximately from 8/10/26 to 12/31/26 (subject to change depending on the needs of the business).
In office Monday through Friday. As a temporary position, this is not benefit eligible. Pay range: $90,00.00 to $145,000.00 annually depending on experience.
SET THE COURSE
The purpose of our Senior Email Marketing team is to develop strategies aimed at driving qualified traffic to our site through inspirational and engaging content tailored to our guest segments.
This role's mission is to deliver thoughtful and relevant content to the right audiences at the right time, while also ensuring our product and revenue goals are fully supported. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices including strategy development, campaign execution, performance analysis and program optimizations to drive improved results.
The Senior Email Marketing Manager will serve as the expert on our email program and will understand our ESP capabilities, including new features & functionalities available. They will consistently provide recommendations on how to improve overall performance and develop ongoing testing plans. This role will highlight the key tenets of customer relationship marketing and will help educate the larger organization on how email marketing creates meaningful connections and how we can continue to tailor our strategies toward delivering success and meeting the needs of our guests.
BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
  • Direct and oversee all phases of email campaign development from ideation through deployment.
  • Lead, develop and execute the overall marketing strategies designed to support the customer journey, our broader business goals, and our brand values.
  • Own the customer lifecycle email strategy and ideate compelling content with each guest segment in mind.
  • Work cross-functionally with our merchandising team to execute against a shared strategy aimed at engagement, inspirational content, qualified traffic and ultimately meeting business goals.
  • Ownership and strong understanding of key performance indicators for email/SMS, while consistently staying abreast of trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on-time and accurately and reviewed with all internal stakeholders
  • Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies to deliver growth, offer personalized and relevant messaging and drive strong performance
  • Execute testing initiatives across campaigns including send time testing, A/B testing, subject lines, CTA's and creative variations to improve performance
  • Use data & insights to identify actionable recommendations and optimizations
  • Oversee team of Email Specialist(s) dedicated to daily email operations and reporting
  • Foster a collaborative team culture, focused on curiosity and operational excellence.
  • Liase with legal to ensure all email/SMS activities comply with global regulations including GDPR, CAN-SMAP, and other relevant privacy laws.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Comfortable managing a team and working cross-functionally across the organization.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • Experience and proficiency with Klaviyo, Adobe Analytics, SMS and other Customer Data Platforms.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
  • Minimum of 7 years Email Marketing experience managing large-scale content emails and automated campaigns to various customer segments
  • Experience with SMS preferred
  • Previous Retail and E-commerce experience required with fashion industry experience a strong plus
  • Experience collaborating with a wide variety of teams including merchandising, business analytics and creative teams; comfortable giving directional input on email campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of email analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions (Adobe Analytics a plus)
  • High degree of proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Smartsheet, and Figma
  • Experience in executing A/B tests and thorough analysis of results
  • Proficient with BI/reporting tools analyzing guest data in an e-commerce environment
  • Ability to build complex triggered, multi-stage email nurture journeys
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to embrace change, seek additional learning, and keep abreast of new technology
  • Strong analytical, presentation, project management, and planning skills
  • Highly collaborative, putting the shared team goals first
  • Highly adaptive individual with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent business/marketing acumen with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
Pay Range: $90,00.00 to $144,000.00 annually
