As the Manager, Identity & Access Management you oversee the delivery and ongoing operations of IAM services across Ledcor, ensuring services meet business and operational needs. You will work closely with business units, security teams, and system owners to align IAM capabilities with business priorities and provide consistent, end-to-end identity and access management that supports enterprise operations.

You are accountable for effective service delivery, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement across IAM operations and initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition
  • Coordinate IAM solution delivery, including tool evaluation, vendor selection, and implementation support
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and document IAM business and technical requirements
  • Translate business, security, and compliance needs into IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations, project updates, and priorities to leadership and stakeholders
  • Oversee IAM operations, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access reviews, and privileged access management
  • Lead and mentor the IAM team, establish priorities, and ensure reliable service delivery aligned with operational objectives and service levels
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM policies, standards, and controls to ensure secure, compliant, and auditable access management practices

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • 7+ years leading IAM teams, services, or enterprise access management programs
  • Proven experience delivering IAM initiatives from implementation through operational support and continuous improvement
  • Skilled in facilitating stakeholder workshops, gathering requirements, and designing IAM business processes
  • Experienced in leading, mentoring, and prioritizing work for IAM teams to achieve service and project objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present IAM strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and executive updates
  • Strong knowledge of IAM governance, service delivery, and security best practices across people, processes, and technology
  • Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access management, privileged access, RBAC, segregation of duties, and identity governance
  • Ability to evaluate IAM platforms, vendors, and implementation approaches while supporting service availability and operational excellence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively
