We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center! In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month to keep things exciting. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be the friendly voice customers love by responding to calls, emails, and chats quickly and professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments like a scheduling superstar.
  • Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
  • Deliver five-star customer service by listening carefully and providing accurate, helpful information.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep appointments running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals - and celebrate those wins!
Requirements You Bring to the Table:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliability and Punctuality - you show up ready to shine.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (phone, email, and chat).

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid computer skills.
