• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients upon intake, assessing their physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods that may incorporate exercises, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
• Implement treatment sessions aimed at alleviating pain, enhancing mobility, and promoting overall wellness.
• Utilize various techniques such as stretching, hands-on therapy, and equipment-assisted therapies to meet individual patient needs.
• Document patient care accurately, tracking progress and outcomes to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring they are informed about the therapeutic process and equipped to support recovery at home.
• Participate in professional development through workshops, continuing education, and networking opportunities.

You will be working with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, each with unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. This includes individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic conditions. Your role will significantly impact their recovery trajectory, enabling them to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for patient interaction and documentation.
• Familiarity with computer systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience in home care settings is a plus, but not mandatory.
