The Role: A Project ManageratPinnacle Mountain Homesis responsible foroverseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of luxury custom construction projects from beginning to end. The role demandsa high levelof precision, commitment to quality, and client-centric focus. The Project Manager coordinates with clients, architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards, within budget and timelines. They mustpossessstrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage the complexities of luxury builds, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to elite construction practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in the luxury sector, with a proventrack recordof successful project delivery.

This role isbasedin the VailValley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Satisfaction: Serve as the primaryclientcontact, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuringtimelycompletion while upholding the highest standards in luxury custom construction.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work meets exceptional craftsmanship standards, material specifications, and regulatory requirements,maintainingthe integrity of every project.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage internal teams and external contractors, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Budget & Risk Management: Control costs, negotiate with suppliers, manage scope changes, and proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, specifically with complex custom construction projects.
  • Previousexperience in residential, hospitality, or mixed-use custom developments is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, withproficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel), Internet, and email (Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability tomaintainprofessional relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adjust work schedules as necessary, often within tight deadlines.
  • Proven capability to interact effectively with other managers, clients, and vendors, fostering positive working relationships.
