How You'll Contribute
As an Irrigation Technician, you'll help protect Northern Nevada landscapes through smarter water management-keeping residential and HOA systems efficient, safe, and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, drip, valves, controllers, pressure regulation)
- Restore proper zone operation and optimize performance to reduce waste
- Document findings and communicate repair needs clearly
- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision
Required qualifications/skills
- 1-3+ years of irrigation maintenance or landscape technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and efficient repair execution
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor all day

Between visits, you'll adjust for changing weather and water needs, keeping efficiency top of mind. You'll wrap up by confirming what's been improved, noting what's next, and heading into tomorrow with a clearer plan-and a visible community impact in every healthy, well-watered zone.
