Customer satisfaction is key, ensuring quality and care as general contractors.The RoleD&D Elite Construction and Property Maintenance is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep residential and HOA properties in the Reno/Sparks area running smoothly through timely repairs and preventative maintenance. You’ll be trusted to diagnose issues, complete quality work, and represent the company professionally in the field.Key responsibilities include:- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, basic landscaping)- Complete routine inspections, troubleshoot problems, and respond to service requests and occasional urgent calls- Track work performed and materials used; keep tools and work areas organized and safeRequired qualifications/skills:- Prior maintenance/handyman experience with solid problem-solving and independent work habits- Comfortable with hand/power tools; able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle stairs/walking/standing- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and dependable smartphone; basic Microsoft Office familiarityIf you take pride in clean, finished work and reliable follow-through, apply today.Your Typical DayYour morning starts at 7:00am with a quick check of the day’s work orders and property addresses, then you’re on the road to Reno/Sparks communities. You’ll move between a few stops, coordinating access with residents or HOA contacts, documenting before/after photos, and keeping notes so nothing gets missed. Midday, you’ll restock common materials, return calls, and adjust the route as priorities shift.
