Raimondo Construction is seeking a high caliber Commercial Construction Project Manager to command our commercial and industrial general contracting operations out of Greensburg. Operating continuously since 1903, our historic, fourth generation family owned firm balances a tight knit corporate culture with a high performance project pipeline.

This position is designed for an autonomous project leader who wants to bridge the gap between preconstruction strategy, executive client relations, and hands on field operations. You will be handed total oversight of diverse structural builds, managing specialized subcontractors, internal labor forces, and critical project margins. Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations Command: Coordinate complex daily operations across multiple active regional jobsites to enforce strict timeline delivery and project budget retention.
• Workforce Scheduling: Strategically schedule and supervise in house craft labor forces alongside specialized subcontractors for seamless, multi trade project execution.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Manage material procurement pipelines efficiently to eliminate jobsite staging delays and maintain continuous field workflows.
• Milestone Alignment: Author agendas and lead weekly jobsite coordination meetings to evaluate structural progress, review submittals, and align strategic project milestones.
• Preconstruction Collaboration: Partner directly with the internal estimating department, injecting critical field insights, real time material logistics, and accurate labor takeoffs into incoming bids.
• Stakeholder Stewardship: Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business owners, corporate clients, municipal inspectors, and on site field personnel.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

• Commercial Expertise: Proven background successfully managing commercial or industrial general construction developments.
• Document Mastery: Elite proficiency in reading, interpreting, and translating complex architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP schematics.
• Field Leadership: Direct, hands on field experience leading construction crews, field superintendents, or trade teams on active sites.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of working hours to various regional project assignments throughout Western Pennsylvania.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to coordinate effortlessly between executive owners, subcontractors, and laborers.

Preferred

• Minimum 3 plus years of dedicated project management experience within general contracting.
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Functional competency utilizing basic estimating techniques to calculate precise, real time field labor and material costs.
• Proven track record overseeing simultaneous, fast paced commercial project workflows.
