This is a great opportunity for a Team Player with a background in construction, architectural, or engineering technology to join our Team and build your career.

Day to day you will work with a regional operations team to support project management, installation of elevators & lifts, and field operations. Your growth and professional development will be supported by our experienced team of project management professionals, engineers, field installation professionals, and support staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • General Project follow up calls with Customers
  • Review Shop Drawings vs. Sales Agreements
  • Work with Manufacturing Team to establish equipment specifications and product configurations
  • Document interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
  • Work with Team to develop weekly installation schedules
  • Permitting coordination with OSHA and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
  • Project materials requisition and staging/preparation
  • Filing of electronic documents
  • Potential construction site coordination and field measurements
  • Work with Field Team to resolve safety & building code issues and inspection citations
  • Develop safety code and regulatory knowledge related to work content
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use a computer and learn database software
  • Clean driving record & valid Driver’s License
  • Preferred Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related Discipline(s)
