As an LICSW with Elevance Healthy Mind Therapy, you will have a multifaceted role that includes the following key responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are both evidence-based and tailored to individual goals.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, aimed at enhancing client well-being and addressing specific mental health challenges.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure a high standard of care.
• Collaborating with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists and mental health counselors, to design a holistic approach to client care.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Staying updated on the latest mental health research and developments, as well as integrating new findings into clinical practice to provide the best possible care.

Your client focus will predominantly include adults facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:
