Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate meaningful progress in clients' mental health journeys.
  • Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can share experiences and learn from one another.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate holistic care and ensure continuity in treatment.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies and working diligently to de-escalate such situations.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery process.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights that enhance the overall effectiveness of our mental health services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges and mental health struggles. Your role will directly influence their recovery and adaptation, fostering resilience and independence through tailored support.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid and current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Washington State.
  • A robust knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods recognized in the field.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment modalities.
  • Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a varied clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and client interaction.
Preferred Experience
  • At least three years of post-graduate experience in clinical mental health counseling is strongly preferred.
