Job description

The job of Interventionist supports students in achieving mastery of grade-level standards. The interventionist will work closely with classroom teachers and instructional teams to identify learning gaps, deliver targeted instruction, and monitor student progress. This role is essential in providing academic interventions that align with curriculum goals and help all students succeed.
Key Responsibilities: deliver small group and one-on-one instruction in reading and math; use assessment data to identify students' academic needs and track progress; collaborate with teachers to plan and implement effective intervention strategies; adjust instruction based on student response and ongoing data analysis; maintain clear records of student performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree in education or related field; experience in working with elementary or middle school students in an academic setting; knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies and instructional best practices; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary is based on degree level and years of full time teaching experience
