About the role
We're excited to expand our team and are currently seeking passionate, energetic group fitness instructors to lead a variety of multi-specialty classes in our Saline and Ann Arbor, MI locations.
We're looking for talent across a wide range of formats-including but not limited to Dance, Zumba, Yoga, Stretch, TRX, HIIT, Pilates, Kickboxing, Step, Boot Camp, and Circuit training.
Our facilities operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing flexible opportunities to teach and inspire throughout the day. Please note that we are not currently offering Pilates Reformer, Barre, or Cycling formats.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, Zumba, Yoga, stretch, TRX, HIIT, Pilates kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $50/hr - $60/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
