General Warehouse & Basic Computer Tech Labor– (Lebanon, TN)

Facility: FedEx Hixson | Location: 1000 Hixon Blvd, Lebanon, TN 37167

"PRIORITY PEAK TEAM" OPPORTUNITY

Abacus is currently building an exclusive pipeline for the upcoming Fall Peak season. This is a high-security, climate-controlled environment working with brand-new technology (laptops and components). While these roles are seasonal for the September surge, they offer Temp-to-Hire potential for candidates who prove their value.

SHIFT & PAY BREAKDOWN

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $19.50 – $22.00/hr
  • (Pay is based on position: General Labor, Computer Tech, or Forklift)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • General Warehouse: Handling, unboxing, and staging high-value inventory.
  • Basic Computer Tech: Performing basic setups and technical checks on new laptops.
  • Forklift: Moving inventory throughout the facility (requires a written forklift test).

STRICT REQUIREMENTS (Government Facility)

  • U.S. Citizenship Required: You MUST provide a U.S. Birth Certificate + State ID OR a U.S. Passport.
    • Need a birth certificate? If you have proof of purchase for a new one, we can start you!
  • Absence Policy: No absences are permitted during your first two weeks of training.
  • Long-Term Commitment: Perfect attendance for the first 90 days is required for permanent hire consideration.
  • Phone-Free Zone: No personal electronics or smartwatches are permitted inside the facility.
  • FedEx History: If you previously worked for FedEx, you must disclose this for an eligibility check.
    • Note: If terminated from a FedEx site, a 1-year waiting period applies.
