Job description

We are looking for Electronic Assemblers to join a well-established company in Lincoln that manufactures industrial battery chargers and other electrical products. This company was established over 70 years ago and has an impeccable reputation. Great benefits offered, including but not limited to health, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401K, stock options, 100% paid life insurance, STD, & LTD, along with tuition reimbursement. Hours available are Monday – Friday 6:30 am-3 pm and 3 pm-11:30 pm. Pay is $17.55-$18.15/hr.
Electronic Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble printed circuit boards, OBS’s , timer kits, chargers, simple and complex assemblies
  • Operate appropriate testers, soldering, cleaning, and sealing equipment, power tools and hand tools
  • Maintain pace required to meet production schedule
  • Communicate with Team leaders
  • Maintain organized workspace
  • Maintain required production documents
Electronic Assembler Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must have longevity with previous employment and positive attitude
  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and on paper, using proper English
  • Read and understand process specifications and other technical documentation
  • Be able to learn to solder, operate hand tools and operate power tools
  • Must be able to learn electronic components and learn to electronic color code
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
