We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Electronic Assemblers to support the assembly of electronic circuit board products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and contributing to the production of high-quality electronic products.

Position Summary

The Electronic Assembler is responsible for performing basic electronic assembly operations by manually placing and assembling components on circuit boards according to work instructions, visual aids, and quality standards. This role supports production objectives through accurate assembly, inspection, labeling, and documentation while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow detailed verbal and written work instructions, visual aids, and assembly procedures.

  • Perform electronic assembly operations on circuit boards, assemblies, and subassemblies.

  • Manually place and assemble components and assemblies for proper placement, orientation, and quality.

  • Inspect electronic components according to specifications and workmanship standards.

  • Utilize barcode scanners and small hand tools during assembly operations.

  • Label, package, and handle assemblies in accordance with quality requirements.

  • Maintain accurate production records and progress reports.

  • Monitor and replenish component inventory at production workstations as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area utilizing 5S practices.

  • Follow all safety, quality, security, and manufacturing procedures.

  • Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Experience working with small components and hand tools is a plus.

  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and visual aids.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work overtime as required to meet production demands.

Pay Details: $25.30 to $31.70 per hour
